We built Bidit so the market bows to you — not the other way around.

"I watched contractors I know get systematically squeezed by lead-gen platforms that charged them for leads sold to four other guys. Bidit is the fix. The market bows to you — not the other way around."
II. What we refuse to compromise on
Three principles shape every line of code, every vendor contract, every consumer flow we ship. If a decision violates one of these, we don't ship it.
The consumer picks. Not an algorithm. Not us.
Every bid and every response time is visible. No hidden ranking. No paid placement. The consumer reads the arena and chooses the winner on merit.
The market competes in the open.
First to respond wins visibility. Speed + quality are the only edge. No queue, no throttling, no gatekeeper deciding who sees what.
Supply-side trust is verified.
Every vendor is cross-checked against the official registry for their jurisdiction — RBQ, NPI, Companies House, SIRENE, ABR. Verified against, never endorsed by.
III. Why Montréal
Shaped by a diaspora, sharpened by Bay Street North.
Bidit is built in Pointe-Calumet, Québec, by a Chief Executive who carries two cultures and three decades of financial-markets discipline. The Laos diaspora taught us what it means to build from nothing. Canadian banking taught us what it means to ship in a regulated, audited, customer-owned market. Both shape the product. We build in French and English, for a global audience, from a Canadian jurisdiction.
IV. The wider mission
Bidit is one petal in the Flower of Life.
Manera operates a federated mesh of 25 services — reverse-auction marketplaces, intelligence products, and compliance infrastructure — each one strengthening the others. Bidit sits at the center; 17 intelligence petals (FX, credit, commodities, geopolitics, legal, currency, and more) surround it with context and reasoning.
The company mission is larger than any single petal: to give consumers and small businesses the same market-intelligence and fair-market mechanics that used to belong only to institutions. Economic sovereignty, one service category at a time.

V. Where we've been & where we're going
Manera Technologies Inc. incorporated in Québec. Bidit® and Just Bidit.® filed as trademarks.
Arena architecture shipped. First live petals seed with a handful of verified providers; pre-verification pipelines wired to RBQ, NPI, Companies House, SIRENE, ABR.
Public founding-provider onboarding: zero fee, grandfathered status, 60-second license lookup across 5 national registries.
Category-by-category scaling as supply density passes the critical-mass threshold. Platform-access fees introduced for new vendors — never per-lead, never per-transaction. Intelligence mesh expands.
