Vendor licensing is the vendor's responsibility

Vendors attest to holding valid licenses in the regions they serve. Manera performs reasonable checks but is not a licensing authority. You are responsible for verifying a vendor's license before engaging them.

No guarantees on outcomes

Manera does not guarantee that bids will be received, that bids will meet your budget or needs, or that any vendor will perform satisfactorily. Outcomes depend entirely on the vendors who bid and the one you select.

Jurisdictional limits

Bidit operates internationally. Availability of petals (verticals) depends on whether enough licensed vendors have joined in your region. Some petals may be unavailable in your jurisdiction for regulatory or resonance reasons.
