How much does it cost to request contractors offers on Bidit?

Nothing. Posting a request and receiving offers is free for customers; customers never pay Bidit. Only the business whose offer you choose pays Bidit a platform fee, set by the published fee schedule; businesses that are not chosen pay nothing.

Who sees my contact details?

Your contact details are removed before a business sees your request. A business's name is shown to you when you choose its offer. Offers are private: a business never sees the amounts other businesses offered.

Are the businesses licensed?

Offers from businesses whose licence Bidit has verified are marked. A business can bid before verification; its offers are then labelled "Licence not yet verified by Bidit". Check the licence yourself before you hire.

Will I get offers, and how many?

Bidit cannot promise that offers will arrive or how many. Availability differs by category and region, and Bidit does not guarantee a lower price. You are free to choose one offer or none.

How do I pay the business?

You pay the business you choose directly, on the terms you agree with it. Bidit is a matching tool: it does not perform the work and never holds customer money.
